Its time to replace Flozell. He's about done.Hermon Johnson wsa there. Phil Laodholt was there at one time too I believe.

If I'm not mistaken he is the most penalized lineman in the league due to his hearing problem. I think he could still play RT, but he is getting too old and slow to play on the left. Loadholt was there for a couple of their picks I believe. Only thing I can come up with is Jerry doesn't want all that dead money. Like I said, sometimes his business mentality messes the team up. He should have at least drafted somebody to be the starter in waiting.

Thats what I am saying. Flozell does have a lot of false starts where he is almost completely deaf in his right ear, so yes a move to RT could help prolong his career, but he has lost a step.
